Teressa Claire "Tress" MacNeille (born June 20, 1951) is an American voice actress.
She is best known for voicing Dot Warner from Animaniacs, Babs Bunny from Tiny Toons Adventures, Chip and Gadget from Disney's Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers, Charlotte Pickles from Nickelodeon's Rugrats, Agnes Skinner and Dolph Starbeam from The Simpsons, Wilma Flintstone from The Flintstones, as well as the current voice actress of Daisy Duck from the Mickey Mouse media.
