Topsy is a grey kitten who is one of Tom's alley cat friends, although in one cartoon he befriends Jerry, he becomes Jerry's enemy later in other shorts. In Professor Tom, Topsy is explicitly a house cat, more often than not in other shorts such as in Saturday Evening Puss, he is depicted as an alley cat or a cat with unknown home. He was voiced by Harry E. Lang, Alan Oppenheimer, Michael Donovan, Harry Ratchford and E.G. Daily.

He looks like Fluff, Muff and Puff if you remove the color, He has grey/tan fur.

He's quite rowdy and often can't understand instructions or not even following it, He often follow others without any hesitation at all.
