Cousin Muscles (also known as Muscles or Freedie) is Jerry Mouse's super strong cousin who first appeared in the 1951 short, Jerry's Cousin. He is a tough mouse and no cats, not even Tom Cat could defeat him, even the Dirty Work Inc. Bully Cats were no match to him. He is the strongest guy on the series. He also appeared in Tom and Jerry: The Magic Ring. He dislikes fried bananas, and people who like to eat seeds. He was voiced by Paul Frees, Billy West, Stephen Stanton and Maurice LaMarche. He also appeared in the in the newer series such as The Tom and Jerry Show (2014).
